The First Stone ARC Giveaway: Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, or review is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or review will not improve your chances of winning. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Robert Biehn ("Sponsor"). It is not administered by, sponsored by, or associated with Amazon, Goodreads, BookFunnel, Kit (ConvertKit), TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Storyteller Publishing, Macmillan, or any other third party.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on April 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on December 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Giveaway Period").
5. How to Enter
All approved ARC readers for The First Stone receive one (1) free entry upon receiving the ARC-Approved designation. No additional action is required for this entry.
Additional entries may be earned by completing the actions listed below. All entries must be submitted through the entry submission page at exousia.world/arc/entries.

Entries accumulate throughout the Giveaway Period and carry forward into all drawings. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify any entry and to disqualify entries that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or not made in good faith.
6. Drawing Dates
Winners will be selected by weighted random drawing on or about the following dates:
- July 27, 2026
- September 29, 2026
- December 22, 2026
One (1) winner will be selected per drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received and the number of entries earned by each entrant. A participant may win more than one drawing.
7. Prizes
Each winner will receive one (1) collector's box containing a signed physical copy of The First Stone, faction-themed items, exclusive lore materials, and additional surprises. The approximate retail value of each collector's box is $100 to $200. The total approximate retail value of all prizes across all three drawings is $500.
The final drawing (December 22, 2026) includes a collector's box with a replica metal Fract coin.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or prize substitution is allowed, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of each drawing date. Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.
Winners will be asked to provide a valid US shipping address for prize delivery. The Sponsor is responsible for shipping costs within the United States.
9. Reviews and the Giveaway Are Separate
This giveaway is completely separate from any request to leave a review of The First Stone. Leaving a review is not an entry method, does not earn entries, and is not required to participate in or win the giveaway. The Sponsor may separately request honest reviews from ARC readers, but those requests have no connection to this giveaway.
10. Additional Gifts
The Sponsor may, at their sole discretion, distribute additional gifts or surprises to ARC readers at any time during or after the Giveaway Period. These gifts are separate from the giveaway, require no entry or action, and are not governed by these Official Rules.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway (name, email address, shipping address) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering prizes. The Sponsor will not sell or share personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill prizes.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any technical difficulties, failures, or errors of any kind. By entering, participants agree to release the Sponsor from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of a prize.
13. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway at any time and for any reason, including if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway. In such cases, the Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or modification.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
